Coronavirus Regulations in Florida

On March 17, 2020, the State of Florida Office of the Governor Executive Order Number 20-68 (Emergency Management - COVID-19) was issued. The Governor of Florida, Ron Desantis, promulgated that bars, pubs, nightclubs, beaches, restaurants, and other businesses implement and utilize certain measures to alleviate the spread the virus.

“Bars, Pubs, and Nightclubs that have been authorized to sell alcoholic beverages for the consumption on premises that drive more than 50% of its gross revenue from the sale of alcoholic beverages shall suspend all sales of alcoholic beverages for thirty days, effective at 5 p.m. today, March 17, 2020.” If you have been impacted by the Executive Order issued by the Governor of State of Florida contact Old City Law.
